After completing payment, we’ll immediately email you a receipt for your purchase and an electronic gift card, so you can print it or forward it to someone else as a gift.

Go to realpython.com/redeem and enter the gift card code. You’ll receive confirmation that the subscription has been successfully applied to your account. That’s it! Credit card information is not required to redeem a gift card.

The gift card is valid 24 months from the moment the gift card was purchased. Once redeemed, the code is good for the length of the subscription that was gifted. For example, if you gift someone a year of membership, that year begins whenever they redeem it.

We’ll email you an electronic gift card that you can print and then deliver by hand or by mail. The printed email will include all the information your recipient needs to redeem the gift.

Gift cards are one-off purchases that do not automatically renew at the end of the membership term.
