We highly recommend that you download the Zoom Workplace Desktop app to your system and join the live course through the app. While you can join a Zoom meeting with a browser, former participants often experienced issues depending on their operating system and browser version.
Note: Visit the Zoom Download Center and download the Zoom Workplace app for your operating system.
Also, if you haven’t used Zoom in a while, it’s a good idea to open it before the live course starts. Zoom is known for squeezing in an update the moment before you want to join a meeting.
