Mandy is an ever-growing Pythonista who wants to share her love and knowledge of Python and software engineering with the world. She is also a TinyML + Data Engineer in training, working with integration platforms like MuleSoft and Kafka on a daily basis. She is Calgary’s MuleSoft Meetup leader, so in other words, a Muley. Her TinyML side projects involve exploring how to effectively compress neural networks so they can be loaded onto a variety of embedded devices. Through these projects she is learning more C/C++ and how it can better complement Python. When she is not in front of a computer screen, she is out on the golf course training and practicing to be a top competitive golfer.
