Before you send your first applications, it helps to have someone look over your plan with fresh eyes. In this final session, Mentor AI acts as your career coach and reviews your campaign before you launch it.
The session takes about 30 to 40 minutes. Here’s what happens:
- You walk through your three job postings, and your coach checks that you have a story or evidence to support each top requirement.
- You pick one package, and your coach reads it as a recruiter, a hiring manager, and the person receiving your outreach message. You predict each reader’s reaction first.
- You do a consistency pass, comparing your CV, LinkedIn profile, and package side by side to find claims that don’t match.
- Something unplanned happens, just like in a real search, and you respond to the curveball.
- You finish with a simple weekly routine to keep working on your search and your materials.
Get a few things ready to paste. You’ll need your profile.md card, campaign.md, one complete package (the tailored CV plus a cover letter or outreach message), and your LinkedIn headline and About section from linkedin.md. If you haven’t planned your campaign yet, you can practice by reviewing a sample candidate’s plan with a few hidden problems.
You can type hint for a nudge, pause to ask a side question, or wrap up to go straight to your summary. Your coach won’t rewrite your materials. You’ll make the changes yourself, so they stay in your voice.
