You’ve written bullets, assembled a master CV, tailored it for a real posting, and maybe added a short letter. You’ve read it all many times. But you’ve always read it as the author, so you know the whole story behind every line. Your readers don’t.
In this session, Mentor AI reads your application the way real readers do. First, it plays a recruiter skimming your tailored CV against the posting. Then it plays the hiring manager, who picks three of your bullets and poses the follow-up questions an interviewer would ask. Before each reader gives their verdict, you predict what they’ll take away.
At the end, you get a change request, which is a second posting for the same target with a different emphasis. You tailor your master CV for it within a time box and then compare the two tailored versions.
